What we sell
Mennula is recruiting software for recruitment agencies, sold as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a number of people, CVs read and AI credits, as described on our Pricing page.
Prices and payment
Prices are per agency, per month, and are shown in full on our Pricing page. The price shown is the full amount you pay. There are no setup or delivery fees. You pay monthly in advance through Paystack by card or EFT. Enterprise agencies may pay by monthly invoice.
Delivery
Mennula is available as soon as your account is set up, and for as long as your plan is active.
Duration and cancellation
Plans run month to month, with no minimum period. You can cancel any time in Settings, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds and cooling-off
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. After that, we don't refund part months. Under section 44 of the ECT Act, consumers may cancel a purchase made online within 7 days without penalty. Because Mennula starts working as soon as you sign up, that right may not apply by law, but our 7-day refund gives you the same protection.
Terms and records
Our terms of service, operator agreement and privacy policy are on this website, and you can save or print them at any time. Every invoice and payment is available in Settings, and we email a copy of the terms version you accepted on request.
Security and privacy
Card details are entered on Paystack's secure checkout and never stored by us. All traffic uses HTTPS. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Disputes
We don't subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution code. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to fix it within 10 business days. Our terms of service explain the next steps.
