How do I get CVs into mennula?
Forward any email with a CV to your agency's mennula address. You'll find it in Settings. You can also drag CVs in, or ask us to import your old ones for free.
Why did someone get a low score?
Open See why. Each line shows what the CV says about it and the words it came from. Must-haves count the most, so look for lines marked Not met or Not stated, and the questions to ask.
I said yes by mistake. Can I stop it?
Tap Undo on the message that pops up. You have 10 seconds before the email goes.
How do I add someone to my team?
Go to Settings, then Team, and type their email. Basic includes 3 people, Pro 10, and Agency as many as you like.
Can I use mennula on my phone?
Yes. It works in your phone's browser, and we can send you a WhatsApp when something needs your OK.
How do I get my data out?
Go to Settings, then Export. You get a download of every CV and record, whenever you like.
